1. Ticket Policy

• This ticket permits one-time entry for the event listed.
• All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Damaged, lost, or duplicated tickets will not be honored.
• Ticket holders must carry a valid government-issued ID if requested by security.

2. Entry & Access

• QR code must be scanned at the box office to claim event wristbands.
• QR code can be scanned only twice: once at the box office and once at event.
• Entry is allowed only through designated gates and during the entry window mentioned.
• No re-entry allowed once you exit the venue.
• Organizers reserve the right to deny entry to intoxicated or disruptive individuals without refund.

3. Safety & Conduct

• Security checks are mandatory. Attendees must cooperate with the event crew and security staff.
• Strictly no weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, or prohibited items allowed inside.
• Misconduct, aggressive behavior, or harassment of any kind will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
• A designated smoking area will be available at the venue. Smoking is only permitted in that area.

4. Recording & Photography

• The event will be photographed and filmed.
• By attending, you consent to your image being used for event promotions.
• Professional cameras, drones, and audio recording devices are not allowed, unless pre-approved.

5. Lineup & Schedule

• The artist lineup and schedule are subject to change without prior notice.
• Delays or changes due to weather, technical issues, or artist availability will not be grounds for refund.

6. Force Majeure / Event Cancellation

• If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), a refund policy will be announced via official channels.
