1. Ticket Refunds
- Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or an option to transfer the ticket to a rescheduled date.
- Refunds for canceled events will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original Payment Method.
2. Merchandise Refunds
- We accept returns or exchanges for merchandise within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- If the exchange is approved an exchanges product will be delivered to you within 7-10 business days
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at connect@oncue.in with your order number and reason for return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Digital products, including electronic tickets, are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Customized merchandise is non-refundable unless it is defective.
