Know The Artist
We are one of India’s leading metal bands with roots in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
and have been active for nearly two decades. Hailed bv manv as the band that revived
the thrash metal revolution in India. our music has won awards and accolades from
leading media houses and publications. We have released two ful-length albums
Violent Redemption (2013) and All Against Al (2018). We are known for our raw angry
sound, impactful lyrics and highly energetic live performances.
NoVo is a Nu-metal band from a small town called Haflong , Assam state’s only hill station.
– Founded in 2020, The band consists of 5 Members from different tribes and communities
representing the diversity and Unity in Assam.
– Their compositions are based on life and their love of Music in General. For them music is
about following your dreams and playing what you love. A uniting force breaking all barriers.
– Novo’s achievements over the years are as follows –
– 1st Runners up @Falcon festival 2020 battle of bands along with best Bassist.
– Winners @Karbi Youth Festival Battle of the Bands 2022 along with best Drummer and Best
Bassist.
– Winners @Ticket to Hornbill 2025 along with Best Drummer Award.
The Electric Cool Kid is an Indie rock powerhouse from Nagaland, India, making waves with their
distinctive sound, compelling songwriting, and electrifying stage presence. Since their formation
in 2013, the band has built a reputation for seamlessly blending gritty guitar riffs, pulsating
rhythms, and evocative lyrics that strike a deep chord with listeners. Their music embodies a raw
energy that speaks to the masses while incorporating fresh sonic textures that make them stand
out in the music scene.
Renowned for their high-energy live performances, The Electric Cool Kid has captivated
audiences across venues and festivals, leaving fans spellbound with their engaging presence and
anthemic choruses. Their ability to connect with audiences through both intimate storytelling and
explosive instrumentation has earned them a loyal and ever-growing fanbase. Whether

Music Awards of Nagaland, The Electric Cool Kid took home two major accolades:

Armed with a series of upcoming releases that push sonic boundaries while staying true to their
signature sound, The Electric Cool Kid is poised to make an even bigger impact.
Hailing from the city of Guwahati, MothSmoke is a Progressive Groove metal band, conceived in the year 2022. With it’s latest and debut EP out last year, the band’s music addresses conflicting human emotions, having a great deal of emphasis on the factor of ‘choice’ in their lyrics, and the fatality of it’s consequences, the rise of an existential war within, hencforth. The band in it’s debut EP aims at speaking through the point of view, rather a narrative standpoint of a youth, questioning it’s place kn a decieving world. A youth that’s witnessing it’s own foundations crumble, the institutions that were once promised to a young and naive mind to keep them shelter as they grow up to face the world, are now falling apart. ‘The feet of the gods we once worshiped are made of clay’, giving rise to an inner dilemma of playing along in this fallacy, or to call out the bluffs, in an expense of self-destruction.
