1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event venue, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Failure to adhere may result in denied entry or removal without refund.
2. Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final.

No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be permitted unless the event is officially cancelled by the organizer.

Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

Each ticket admits one person only unless otherwise specified.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission if tickets are resold unlawfully or tampered with.
3. Entry & Identification

A valid ticket with QR code must be presented at entry.

Government-issued photo ID may be required.

Security checks including frisking and bag inspection are mandatory.

The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any individual at its discretion for safety reasons.
4. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited inside the venue:

Outside food and beverages

Alcohol (unless purchased inside the venue)

Illegal drugs or narcotics
-
Arms, weapons, firearms, knives, or sharp objects

Explosives, fireworks, flammable materials

Laser devices
-
Large backpacks or luggage (unless permitted)

Professional cameras or recording equipment without authorization

Any item deemed dangerous by event security
Possession of prohibited items may result in confiscation, removal from venue, and/or reporting to law enforcement authorities.
5. Behaviour & Conduct

Aggressive, violent, abusive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Harassment, discrimination, or misconduct of any kind may result in immediate removal.

Attendees must follow instructions issued by event staff and security personnel at all times.
6. No Re-Entry Policy
Re-entry is not permitted once the attendee exits the venue unless explicitly allowed by the organizer.
7. Wristband Policy (If Applicable)

Wristbands must be worn securely at all times.

Damaged, removed, or tampered wristbands are invalid.

Wristbands will not be replaced once issued.
8. Event Modifications
The organizer reserves the right to:

Change artist lineup

Modify schedule
-
Change venue if necessary

Postpone or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances including weather, government regulations, or force majeure events.
9. Photography & Media Consent
By entering the venue, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. The organizer may use such media for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
10. Personal Responsibility & Liability
Attendees enter the event at their own risk. The organizer is not responsible for:

Personal injury

Loss or theft of personal belongings

Damage to property
11. Force Majeure
The organizer shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, or other emergencies.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.
