These terms apply to your use of oncue.in (the “Website”), run by Imkumnaro Kichu (“OnCue”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or booking a ticket you agree to them.
1. Who we are
OnCue sells tickets and registrations for events organised by OnCue or by third-party organisers (“Organisers”). For third-party events, the Organiser is responsible for the event itself – its content, timing, venue, safety and entry rules. OnCue is responsible for the booking, payment and delivery of your e-ticket.
2. Your account
- You need an account to book. Give your real name, email address and phone number, and keep your password private.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and pay. Younger attendees may attend when a parent or guardian books for them and the event allows it.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account.
3. Bookings and prices
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless shown otherwise. Any booking fee is shown before you pay.
- A booking is confirmed only when payment is received and we send your e-ticket. If a payment cannot be confirmed, the booking is cancelled.
- Tickets are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We may limit the number of tickets per person.
- If a price or ticket detail is shown wrongly by mistake, we may cancel the booking and refund you in full.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by authorised payment partners (payment gateways and UPI). We do not store your card or bank details. Where we offer direct UPI payment, your booking is confirmed after we verify the payment.
5. E-tickets and entry
- Each e-ticket has a unique QR code and is valid for the number of entries shown on it (usually one). Once scanned, it cannot be used again.
- Do not share or post your QR code – whoever shows it first gets in. We are not responsible for tickets copied or used by someone else.
- The Organiser and venue may check ID, apply age limits, search bags and refuse or remove anyone for safety or misconduct. Their entry rules apply.
- Tickets may not be resold for profit or used for promotions without written permission. Tickets bought for resale may be cancelled without refund.
6. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Event details (artists, timings, venue) can change. Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Website: no fraud, fake bookings, automated buying (bots), attempts to break security, or uploading unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Liability
We try to keep the Website accurate and available but cannot promise it will always be error-free. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as travel or hotel costs. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law.
9. Content
Event posters, names and logos belong to their owners. The Website’s design and content belong to OnCue and may not be copied without permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dimapur, Nagaland.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; bookings follow the terms in force when they were made.
