This policy explains when you can get a refund for tickets and registrations bought on oncue.in. If an event page shows its own refund terms that are more generous, those apply to that event.
Cancellation by you
Tickets and registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once booked, except in the cases below. Please check the date, time, venue and ticket type before you pay.
If an event is cancelled
If an event is cancelled by the Organiser or by OnCue, you get a full refund of the ticket price and any booking fee. We start refunds automatically within 7 days of the cancellation announcement – you do not need to ask.
If an event is postponed or changed
- If an event moves to a new date, your ticket stays valid for the new date.
- If you cannot attend the new date, write to us within 7 days of the announcement with your order number for a full refund.
- If the venue moves to a different city, or the main headline act is replaced, you can also ask for a refund within 7 days.
- Minor changes – timings, supporting acts, seating layout – do not qualify for a refund.
Payment problems
- If money was taken but you did not receive your ticket, contact us with the payment details. We will send the ticket or refund you in full.
- If you were charged twice for the same booking, the extra payment is refunded in full.
- Failed payments are usually reversed by your bank automatically within 5–7 working days.
How refunds are paid
- Refunds go back to the original payment method – the same card, bank account or UPI ID you paid with.
- Once approved, a refund takes up to 7 working days to reach you, depending on your bank.
- Refunds are made only to the person who booked.
