OnCue sells digital e-tickets. Nothing is shipped by post or courier, and there are no shipping charges.
How you receive your tickets
- After a successful payment, your e-tickets are sent instantly to the email address on your account and appear under My tickets.
- Each e-ticket has a QR code. Show it on your phone at the entrance, or print the PDF.
- For direct UPI payments that we verify by hand, tickets are sent as soon as the payment is confirmed – usually within a few hours during support hours.
Did not get your tickets?
Check your spam or promotions folder and the My tickets page first. If you still cannot find them within 24 hours of payment, contact connect@oncue.in with your order number and we will resend them.
